Christina Tatreau, MFA, BCBA, LABA

Owner / CEO

Christina Rizzo founded Tate Behavioral in 2013 with the goal of bringing high quality in-home and school-based ABA services to Western MA. After treating individuals of all ages with varying abilities for over 16 years, Christina currently oversees the day-to-day operations of Tate Behavioral while still maintaining a small client caseload. Christina holds a BA from Clark University, an MFA from Bennington College and completed her coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology. A former writer, her clinical passions are Applied Verbal Behavior, social skills instruction and schedules of reinforcement. She enjoys running, cooking, gardening and spending time with her family.


Kelley St. Clair, M.A., BCBA, LABA

Executive Clinical Director

Kelley is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 15 years experience supporting children and families living with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and challenging behaviors. She is a graduate of Smith College and received her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Westfield State University. Kelley has worked in Early Intervention ABA Specialty Services, as a teacher and counselor at a residential school for children with special social-emotional-behavioral needs, as a consultant to daycare centers as part of the Massachusetts Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Program, providing In Home Behavioral Services as part of the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative, and as a consultant to private families and public schools. Kelley has served as a board member at Jericho in Holyoke and currently serves as a member of the Human Rights Committee at the Berkshire Hills Music Academy in South Hadley, MA. Kelley is passionate about providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to young children and their families, educating parents and teachers, and sharing the science of ABA with the world!

Erica Nason, M.A., BCBA, LABA

Clinical Director of Vocational Programming

Erica earned a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Westfield State University. She then became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and received her License in Applied Behavior Analysis. Since 2010 she has worked with clients with Autism, social/emotional disorders, or other developmental disabilities, that display challenging behavior in the school and home setting. She has worked training families and after school program staff on implementing programs and procedures in applied behavior analysis. Additionally she has participated in and run social skills groups within schools and after school programs. Her passion includes bridging the gap between school-aged children and adults to ensure clients are able to reach their full adult independent potential. She is currently working on developing Vocational Skills and Adult Life Skills programming for Tate Behavioral.
Beyond Erica’s passion for ABA, Erica cares deeply about social and environmental justice. She loves music, dance, and comedy.

Christopher Dillon

Director of Integrated Programming

Chris Dillon is the Director of Integrated Programming at Tate Behavioral Inc. and has been with Tate since its inception. Chris got his start in the field of behavioral health job coaching and working in the residential setting before he shifted gears, attended Simmons University’s ABA program and began working with children in 2008. Under the supervision of Christina, he was recognized by the Asperger’s Association of New England in 2012 with an award for promoting learning and understanding in schools.


Abby Wellspeak, M.A., BCBA, LABA

Clinical Director of In Home ABA

Abby Wellspeak is the Director of the Tate At Home division of Tate Behavioral. With more than 10 years of experience in the field of ABA, she is our resident expert on all things insurance related, including writing treatment plans and working to secure funding for home programs. She also works in homes training parents and supervising future BCBAs.
Abby has been providing ABA services to families and individuals with disabilities in homes, residential settings, and public and private schools throughout Western Massachusetts since 2008. Abby graduated with a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Westfield State University in 2013 and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst since 2014.
One of her passions is working directly with families to help integrate her clients into their community, through doctors appointments, dance classes, and family vacations. Outside of the office, Abby most likely to be found spending time with her son “PJ”, sipping on iced coffee, or conquering any board game challenge.
